James "Jim" E. Harper Jr., age 93, of Rogue River, Oregon, passed peacefully on March 13, 2025. Jim was born on January 3, 1932, in Green County, Indiana, to James and Arminda Harper. He served in the United States Air Force from 1951 to 1955. During that time, he met his wife Margaret, and they married in 1953, and lived in England, Illinois, and California before moving to Rogue River, Oregon, in 1970, where they raised their four children.
