After 38 years of service, local Snap-on tools branch owner Joel Pitts has retired. Filling his shoes is newcomer Jon Rucker.

"I'm replacing a small-town legacy in Joel Pitts," Rucker said, explaining that Pitts left his customer base to him. "To have the privilege of taking over after somebody like that, and for him to vouch for me, is a real honor."
