The Grants Pass softball team saw a scoreless game after three innings quickly get away as visiting Oregon City scored 10 straight runs on its way to a 12-5 non-league win over the Cavers on Thursday.

It was the regular-season finale for both teams, as the 15th-ranked Cavers (18-8) now turn their attention toward the Class 6A state playoffs, which get started on Monday.
