Grants Pass police said they have located and arrested a rape suspect who was the subject of a news bulletin earlier Friday.

The suspect, 25-year-old Dillon Bryce Ritchason, was arrested at an unspecified location, according to an update issued by the Department of Public Safety at 2:15 p.m.

Ritchason was the subject of an APB in connection with a reported rape at an apartment complex in Grants Pass.

According to police, a 63-year-old woman called 911 shortly before 1 a.m. to say she had been sexually assaulted by an intruder at the Riverwood Apartments, 1599 S.E. N St. She called authorities several minutes after the man fled.

Investigators said they identified the intruder as Dillon Bryce Ritchason, whose last known address is in Montana, and asked the public to be on the lookout.

Further details about where and when Ritchason was arrested were not immediately available.
